Combining their extensive knowledge and skill, they created a one-stop shop for all beauty services, offering a thoughtfully curated and expansive treatment menu designed to enhance each client's natural beauty. With a focus on providing high-quality, personalised experiences, they set out to build a professional yet inclusive and relaxed environment. The duo wanted their salon to feel like a welcoming escape—free from clinical vibes—where clients could unwind and feel truly at ease while receiving exceptional beauty treatments.

SALON ETIQUETTE AND BOOKING POLICIES

For the comfort and safety of all clients, we kindly request that you do not bring children or any extras to your appointment.
Please plan to arrive on time to your appointment. Our therapists' work on a carefully scheduled basis to ensure each client receives the full time and attention you deserve. Arriving late may impact the service and in some cases result in a shortened treatment or the need to reschedule. Please give us a call if you are running behind so we can make any necessary adjustments.
For all extension appointments, please do not wear mascara/eye make up.

By agreeing to this disclaimer, I acknowledge that I will incur a fee for no-shows or late cancellations. As an eyelash extension client, I agree to arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes. If they are not clean, my therapist will need to clean them, which may impact my appointment time and lash retention. For spray tans, I will wear loose-fitting shoes and black clothing to avoid tan stains.

NO SHOW FEE is 100% of the booked appointment.

CANCELLATION ON THE DAY FEE

4 or more hours of the booked appointment 50% fee.

Within 4 hours of the booked appointment 100% fee.

Out of hours messages will be taken into consideration for the above notices.
